It was a quiet holiday goes sour as Patrolling police officers in the area of Mykonos intervened and normalized a dispute between citizens and three foreigners however the situation degenerated and some arrests were made on Thursday. One of the three foreigners arrested was Harry Maguire. The three foreigners were taken to the Mykonos Police Station
Although the charges are currently unknown, the Manchester United defender was on the island of Mykonos, holidaying Maguire and may not be required to be in attendance for the trial so he is free to leave the country. He appeared in court in neighbouring Syros on Saturday morning and pleaded not guilty to the charges he faces.
A Manchester United statement said Harry has pleaded not guilty to any charges. And with his appearance in court on today Saturday 21, August 2020 ManU has noted adjournment of the case to allow the legal team to consider the case file.”
