Brandon Mitchell claims that they could have finished deliberations in an hour and found Derek Chauvin guilty of George Floyd’s murder.

Brandon Mitchell claimed that he and the other 11 jurors could have finished their deliberations in less than 10 hours, if not in less than 60 minutes.

They didn’t require much thought time, added the 31-year-old high school basketball coach.

In an interview with the NBC Television Network Mitchell stated, “We all came in with an open mind, and we all left with a guilty verdict.” We simply felt that the evidence was overwhelming for our decision. It had nothing to do with outside pressure.”

Mr Mitchell said he thought Dr Martin Tobin’s testimony was particularly important because he “broke everything down but kept it very scientific.”

Dr. Tobin, a world-renowned breathing expert, told the Minneapolis courtroom that he had watched the video of George Floyd’s arrest “hundreds of times” and believed the 46-year-old died from a “lack of oxygen.” “At that point, I was like, okay, I don’t know how the defense comes back from this,” Mr Mitchell explained.
