Philadelphia
To share a brief tour experience. Philadelphia is a beautiful city. A former Capital of the United States. It’s a city that has its own to charm and history, especially as it related to the Declaration of Independence of the United States back in 1776. A town in the USA most famous Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin. Philly as fondly known is a town full of history.
It was a great experience. But I learnt a bitter lesson about the importance of staying in a well-established Hotel. To avoid my experience and fall into wrong CARD Scammers Hoteliers PLEASE AVOID all B&B and STAY in renowned hotels like Double Tree by Hilton (there are many grades of this Hotels scattered all over Philly, either at the Airport or Downtown Philadelphia. There are other Hotels and Inns too. For example, Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia South at The Navy Yard. It’s a great location.

Once you have explored this picturesque city from end to end, you can set off for Washington, DC. Apart from being the political heart of the country, this city is a goldmine of fabulous museums. There are some dedicated spots to the history of the United States (the National Museum of American History, for example), in addition to many others also of historical significance, such as the Holocaust Museum and the National Museum of Natural History, all of which are highly recommended. I love BEACON Hotel, CLUB for its Hospitality. You can never go wrong with Club Quarters Hotel in Washington DC, a 4- stars on 839 17th St NW, Washington, DC, 20006, it’s at the center of DC, very close to White House and the World Bank Headquarters. There are other great hotels lined the 16th and 17th Avenues though, but it is better to visit DC when the Capitol is on recess or when there is no state function else Hotel bills will pluck holes in your pockets!!!
Of course, don’t forget a visit to the White House. Take a walk through Constitution Gardens, the green enclosure where many essential places meet in Washington, DC: the Lincoln Memorial, with its enormous size and solemnity; the moving Vietnam Veterans Memorial, and of course, the famous United States Capitol, which is the building that houses the two chambers of Congress.
Aww! New York is the BIG APPLE! I’ve been to the city couple of times and never cease to get fazed all the time. New York. After enjoying the wonders of the Big Apple, you can rent a car and drive to Boston Massachusetts (where you can get visit Cambridge to walk around the famous HARVARD University) or visit the so close city of New Jersey. Exploring Manhattan from Soho and Tribeca in the south to Central Park and Harlem farther north, you got the vibe that you are in the Big beat that is New York. There are so many places to visit. Most important is the Time Square and as you walk the streets, you get dwarfed by the numerous skyscrapers. You can organize a visit to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Outside of Manhattan, you might want to jump to Brooklyn or go down to Coney Island to enjoy the delights of the New York amusement park.
