Chef Gordon Ramsay has revealed how to make the perfect homemade fish and chips – in minutes.
He describes the recipe as “simple and easy”, but the best bet is how quickly it can be made, with Ramsay claiming the job can be done in 10 minutes.
And the other bit of good news is that Ramsay says a simple frying pan is perfectly suitable for the job.
He added that a big mistake is letting the fish get covered in too much oil, saying it’s better to lightly fry it, according to North Wales Live.
A Youtube video, filmed at home by his three daughters during lockdown, has amassed more than four million views since it was uploaded.
In it, he reveals how to make the batter and tartar sauce mixes.
